Today we wanted to share an important update regarding our pricing structure: we’re introducing subscription plans.

We now offer 3 subscription plans: Free, Standard, and Pro.

As much as we want to keep Camelo free to support businesses, the operational costs and resources required to maintain and enhance the software have increased significantly.

By offering a subscription-based model, we can continue providing a high-quality scheduling and time-tracking solution that aims to help you manage your team better.

Users can still use a Free plan with essential features for their basic scheduling needs. If you have more complex scheduling and time-tracking needs, you can upgrade your plan anytime to use unlimited features on Camelo.

We understand this can be a big change for users, especially those who have been with us since the early days. We’re truly grateful for your early support and feedback. You’ve been a big part of our journey. Your feedback and suggestions help us grow.

As a thank you to our early customers, we’d love to offer you a 20% discount for the first 2 years if you upgrade to the Pro plan before June 30th.

The special discounted price for you is $2.8/user/month (instead of $3.5/user/month).

The Pro plan gives you unlimited access to all features on Camelo. Some benefits include:

Q: How can I upgrade my subscription plan?

A: Go to dashboard.camelohq.com/plans. Select the Upgrade Now button within the Pro plan section. Enter your payment details, and click Register.


Q: Where can I get the discount code for early birds?

A: Please contact our team and we’ll send you a discount code that you can use at checkout.


Q: Is the discount applied to the Standard plan?

A: No. The discount only applies to the Pro plan.


Q: Do I have to buy the Pro plan to continue using the app?

A: No. You can still use the free plan of Camelo. But the free plan comes with some limitations.
